Renew Treatment Lotion is a multitasking, exfoliating, hydrating and moisturizing lotion designed to refine skin’s texture, treat severely dry/scaly skin and smoothen bumps and rough skin texture. This lightweight formula contains a blend of active ingredients that help to improve the skin texture without disrupting the skin barrier.

It contains a rich blend of exfoliating ingredients like Urea, Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid and Mandelic Acid. These active ingredients work together to gently exfoliate and smoothen rough/bumpy skin, and soften dry skin on the legs, elbows, knees, and other problem areas while improving your overall skin texture and tone.

And skin barriers ingredients like Panthenol, Allantoin, Bisabolol, Green Tea Extract, Squalane, and Glycerin to deeply hydrate, moisturize, relieve dryness, improve the skin moisture barrier, hence making the skin smoother, and prevent transepidermal water loss.

This is especially important in those suffering from Keratosis Pilaris/Chicken Skin, a skin condition that shows as rough and bumpy skin.

Main Ingredients

• 25% Urea helps to exfoliate the skin, softens the skin, moisturizes thick/callused skin, supports skin barrier function, improves dry and scaly skin, while increasing skin hydration levels and elasticity. Urea is known as a keratolytic agent. This means it breaks down the protein keratin in the outer layer of your skin. This action helps reduce dead skin buildup and get rid of flaking or scaling skin.
• 2% Salicylic Acid PLUS is a unique form of Salicylic Acid which contains a proprietary blend of Salicylic Acid and Betaine. It works by breaking down the bonds between dead skin cells so that they can release from the pore more easily, and break down oils, such as sebum. It has antimicrobial properties, exfoliating and moisturizing functions. It is non-irritating, and also contains anti-inflammatory, calming and soothing properties making it excellent for calming flare-ups, irritation, and redness.
• 5% Glycolic Acid is a naturally occurring alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) derived from sugarcane. It works to exfoliate the skin, treat acne, accelerate skin cell turnover to reveal newer, brighter skin. It also smoothen rough/bumpy skin, relieve dryness, refine skin texture, fade dark patches, discoloration, hyperpigmentation and boosts moisture retention for a more youthful appearance.
• 3% Mandelic Acid is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) derived from bitter almonds. It works to loosen (exfoliate) the top layer of older skin cells and improve the skin’s overall appearance, lighten pigmentation, improve rough skin texture and tone and reduce visible signs of aging. Its antiseptic and antibacterial qualities also help reduce inflammation, treat acne, regulate sebum production and in turn decrease the occurrence of breakouts.
• 2% Panthenol also known as Vitamin B5 works as a skin moisturizer, and hydrator, keeping skin smooth, soft, and healthy. It has skin-soothing, anti-aging, and anti-inflammatory benefits, builds and repairs the skin barrier. It also reduces dryness, irritation, roughness, redness, and itching.
• Bisabolol derives from the chamomile plant and has a proven reputation as an anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant and soothing ingredient. Hence, not only super soothing but also skin-softening, promoting visible wound healing and calming irritated skin. It also penetrates deep into the lower layers of the skin to help retain moisture and calm irritated skin.
• Camellia Sinensis Extract popularly known as Green Tea Extract contains a very high concentration of polyphenols, electrolytes, along with ECGC and act as antioxidants to protect the body from free radical damage, soothe redness, retain moisture while calming irritation.
