A potent, prescription-strength treatment specifically formulated to treat epidermal hyperpigmentation such as Melasma, Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation, Sun Damage, and Uneven Skin Tone.

Main Ingredients

• 5% Hydroquinone which is a prescription-strength tyrosinase inhibitor to facilitate the rapid treatment of all forms of epidermal hyperpigmentation.
• 2% Kojic Acid is a natural tyrosinase inhibitor that inhibits and prevents the formation of tyrosine and helps even out your skin tone and addresses unwanted hyperpigmentation
• 0.02% Tretinoin to increases cell turnover, supports healthy collagen production and further brighten areas of hyperpigmentation.
• 0.1% Dexamethasone to reduce any irritation, calm inflammation or itching that may arise from the use of the high strength active ingredients above.

How to use:

• Wash face with a gentle wash & apply Modified Kligman’s Formula to the affected area or as directed by your doctor.
• Use only at night.
• Avoid use with other cosmetics that can dry or irritate the skin.
• Do not expose this product to hot temperatures. Store in a cool dry room or in your cosmetic fridge.

CAUTION:

• Do not use it if pregnant/breastfeeding.
• Always use broad-spectrum sun protection of at least SPF 50 in the daytime.
• Whilst using this medication, be careful to avoid the inside & the corners of your eyes, nostrils & mouth.
• This product may cause redness, itching and a burning sensation. If any of these occur, stop use and contact your doctor immediately.

Ingredients: Aqua (Distilled Water), Hydroquinone, Kojic Acid, Tretinoin, Dexamethasone, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Alpha Bisabolol, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Extract, Alpha Bisabolol, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Propanediol, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexylglycerin.

This product should not be used for more than 6 months at a time.
