WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT?
This is prescription tretinoin — not cosmetic retinol. Tretinoin is already in its active retinoic-acid form and has a much stronger clinical evidence base than cosmetic retinol.
It is therefore not something to add casually to an already active skincare routine. The right strength, frequency and supporting products matter.
KEY INGREDIENT
0.05% TRETINOIN
The active prescription ingredient responsible for the treatment effect.
Tretinoin regulates epidermal cell turnover and follicular keratinization. In acne, this helps prevent the development of new acne lesions. In photoaged skin, continued treatment can improve fine lines, roughness and uneven pigmentation.
SUPPORTING INGREDIENTS
Hyaluronic Acid
Helps maintain skin hydration and support comfort during retinoid treatment.
Alpha Bisabolol
Provides skin-conditioning and soothing support.
Vitamin E
Provides antioxidant and skin-conditioning support.
Green Tea Extract
Provides antioxidant and skin-conditioning support.
Glycerin
Helps attract and retain moisture in the skin.
HOW TO USE
Use only as prescribed by your skincare practitioner or physician.
- Apply at night to clean, completely dry skin.
- Use approximately a pea-sized amount for the face, or as directed.
- Avoid the eyes, corners of the nose, lips and other sensitive areas.
- Follow with a suitable moisturiser.
- Use broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning.
If irritation occurs, your practitioner may reduce the frequency of application or adjust your supporting skincare.
WHY YOU NEED THE RIGHT SUPPORTING ROUTINE
Tretinoin is highly effective, but it can also cause dryness, peeling, redness and irritation. This is why we don’t recommend simply adding tretinoin to an already aggressive routine.
A supporting routine should focus on:

TRETINOIN & MELANIN-RICH SKIN
Tretinoin can be an excellent treatment option for melanin-rich skin, but irritation must be carefully managed.
Excessive irritation can trigger post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, making a poorly designed routine counterproductive.
That is why your tretinoin routine should be personalized rather than aggressive.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Tretinoin requires consistency and patience.
Some people experience dryness, peeling, redness or irritation when treatment begins. Acne may also temporarily appear worse during the early stages.
These effects should be managed rather than pushed through. More tretinoin does not mean faster results.
